We are a very well-known automotive dealership with a great reputation in the Lower Mainland of Greater Vancouver in British Columbia for car sales and service for more than 30 consecutive years. We’re looking to hire:
Position:
Motor vehicle diesel engine mechanic
2021 version National Occupation Classification (NOC): 72410
Job details:
• Inspect and test mechanical units, such as diesel engines, axles and brake systems, to locate faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools
• Test and adjust units to specifications for proper performance
• Make specialized orders for the spare parts
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Terms of Employment:
Full time (40 HOUR/WEEK) – Permanent

Completion of Secondary School

$34.00/hour
