Reliance Electrical Ltd. is a Kelowna based electrical company working to provide best services for commercial and residential areas. We are looking for two electricians to join our team in Kelowna, BC.

Position: Electrician
Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (40hrs/week)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $28.50 hourly for 40 hours per week

Language: English

NOC: 72200

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Location: 1602 Feedham Ave Kelowna BC V1P 1MB

Electrician will have to perform all of these duties:

• Install all the electrical systems and control the electrical settings as per the sketches.
• Inspect all the electrical circuits and power supply.
• Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine writing layouts for new or existing installations.
• Install underground wiring and cables

• May need to pull wire through conduits and through holes in walls and floors as per the drawings
• Install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
• Renovate electric systems in residential and commercial structures
• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, to complete projects requiring both electrical and frame carpentry skills
• Ensure the safety of electrical system.
