Medical Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Interview patients to obtain case histories.
- Able to communicate effectively (Oral & written) in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi & English.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Complete insurance and other claim forms.
- Registering patients, discharging patients booking/re-booking appointments.
- Confirming appointments, as well as maintaining/updating clinic schedules.
- Orders and maintains office and clinical supplies and equipment as required.
- Maintain filing system.
- Perform general clerical work, such as order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.

Experience: 6 months or more
Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
