Job description

We are looking to hire 2 positions for First Cook  for full time employment (30 to 40 hours per week).

Wage: 23.00 to 27.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Recruit and hire staff
• Manage kitchen operations

• Work under pressure

Requirements:

Knowledge of english

At least 3 years of work experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
