Job Duties: 

1. Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the restaurant.
2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system, provide accurate change and receipts to customers as needed.
3. Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
4. Provide guests with information about menu items, promotions, and special offers.
5. Collaborate with the Servers to ensure accurate order delivery and resolve any discrepancies, carefully package take-out food or wrap leftovers approprately for customers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including menus, promotional materials, and payment terminals.
7. Assist in maintaining a tidy dining area by bussing tables and assisting with light cleaning tasks during busy periods.
8. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, engage with customers by promoting special offers, promotions.
9. Uphold company policies and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and pleasant dining environment.
10. Maintain a detailed record of all transactions processed during your shift and reconcile the total payments received with the sales recorded in the POS system to ensure accuracy.
11. Answer phone calls and interact with customers in person to accept reservations for dining or take-out orders.

Qualifications:
1. Previous cash handling or cashier experience is an asset.
2. Completion of High School Diploma.
3. Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
4. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
