A famous Indian Fine Dining restaurant in Burlington is looking for
a Cook who has experience of at-least 1 year in Indian cusine and
Tandoori style cooking.

Duties:
1. Preparing and Cook food as per our specilaity receipes.
2. Should well versed with Indian curries, masalas and ingredients.
3. Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
4. Assist in training staff in cooking, preparation and handling of food.
5. Manage kitchen operations and staff by scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers.
6. Work safely with specialized cooking equipment like deep fryer, oven, grill etc.
7. Maintain inventory & records of food, supplies and equipment.

Requirements:
1. Should have strong communication and organization skills
2. Ability of work under pressure and good time management
3. Ability to self motivate, problem solve and be adaptable
4. Familiarity with vegan and restrictive diets are an asset
5. Knowledge of effective cost control

Availabilty: Should be willing to work on weekends, evening shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18 per hour/ 35-40 hours per week
