Job description

Duries & Responsibilites:

-Assess individual in care with their health and well-being

-Responsible to assist in full care, or stand by care

-Follow the protocol of the organization

-Ensure to administer medication to the individual in care.

-Ensure to give individaul in care proper nutrition.

-Responsible in preparing mealf ro the individuals in care

-Responsible in pre and afte care of the kitchen cleanliness.

-Ensuring full assist, or stand by assist in bathing and ensure proper hygiene of the individuals in care.

-Ensure the safety of the individuals in care with the proper use of wheelchair, wa;ker and ceiling lift transfer.

- Accompany individuals in care into their appointments in the absent of house manager.

-Responsible for the light housekeeping of the individuals in care and the organization and maintain the entire house cleanliness.

In case of accidenbts, critical and non- critical, ensure to response imediatley.

-Accompany the inidviduals inb care into their daily programs, if required.

-Ensure to maintain and follow the routine daily in house programs such as play time, puzzle, movie night and etc.

-Responsible in receiving and responsing telephone calls.

-Ensure proper documeation and reporting to the in coming staffs.
