We are currently in need of a CEO who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will provide strategic leadership, drive growth initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.. CEO will be responsible for the following duties :- 

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a compelling strategic vision and long-term plan for the company's growth and expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and compliant import/export operations, supply chain management, and product quality control.
• Financial Management: Manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasting, with a focus on profitability and sustainability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure strict adherence to all local and international regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities to expand our global presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful executive leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical import/export, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability.

Education – Bachelor’s

Experience – 3years to 5years

Job details –

Pay – $65/hr

Length – Fulltime permanent weekly 35-40hrs
