We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

 

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant at PRO OMNIS TELECOMMUNICATION LTD., you will become an essential part of our dynamic team, contributing significantly to the seamless operation of our business.

 

Position: Administrative Assistant (Permanent, Full-time: minimum 30 hours per week)

 

Wage per hour: $24.62-$25.62 per hour

 

Overtime wage per hour: $36.93 - $38.43 (if exceeds 40 hours per week)

 

Benefits: 4% vacation pay, complimentary Internet or phone service after 3 months of employment, and a free lunch once per week.

 

Working location: 219-4501 North Road, Burnaby, BC, V3N 4R7

Job duties:

  • Prepare, input, revise, and proofread a variety of materials such as correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports.
  • Answer phone and email inquiries, directing calls and messages appropriately.
  • Handle both paper mail and emails carefully to make sure information is shared well within our company and with other partners.
  • Extend a warm welcome to visitors, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and guide them to the relevant individual or department.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments and meetings, efficiently managing the employer's schedule.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Establish and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
  • Accurately record meeting minutes and prepare concise summaries for distribution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School graduation
  • Completion of one or two-year college courses in the related field or One or more years of related experience
