POSITION: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services (Full-Time, Permanent)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate effective business strategy in consultation with management.

• Uphold and implement Right Tech policies, practices, and procedures

• Demonstrate clear and effective communication to team about expectations

• Keep the team engaged and energised.

• Coach, train, and develop the team to generate their best DOING and BEING with every interaction and foster a culture of growth and career progression

• Deliver proactive, timely, and thoughtful coaching conversations and feedback to support the team

• Manage the financial performance of the company through effective control of expenses and through the development, analysis and implementation of budgets, sales plans and forecasts.

• Participate in the recruitment, selection and training processes as needed for assigned team’ unit, to assist in direction to HR team per upcoming projects.

• Meeting and managing clients with the primary aim of providing high confidence in the innovation and delivery capability of our company, and the overall value being delivered to the client

• Identify and respond to client and customer feedback and assist in escalated situations as necessary.

• Ensure that marketing and sales initiatives are consistently accomplished to help meet company targets.

• Assist in Developing and implementing  product/services marketing strategies

• Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients.

• Manage overall budgeting and forecasting as per the growth plan vision of the company

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years or more experience in similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Efficient interpersonal skills,Organized, Flexibility, Team Player
• Key Skills required such as fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload

SALARY & HOURS

CA$ 61.75 / hour for 30 hours per week (*Overtime @ CA$ 92.63/hr, after 44 hours per week)
