Position: Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate the features of products or services for the marketing and advertising requirements of the business.

• Advice for the sales promotion, advertising, marketing strategies and opportunities. 

• Create plans and content for digital and direct marketing campaigns and implement the policies.

• Set up meetings, interviews, workshops, media events and programs for publicity and promotions. 

• Supervise and prepare reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, websites, and press releases.

• Oversee the analysis after a marketing campaign to measure and report on relevant marketing and advertising metrics. 

• Create and manage social media accounts.

• Handle customer reviews and maintain online presence.

• Create, execute, and assess the public relation strategies and initiatives to communicate organizational policies and initiatives to clients, employees and public.

• Carry out surveys to estimate the public opinion, attitude, and concerns. 

• Maintain the spreadsheets, database and statistics through reports, financials, and research.

Requirements

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in similar role is required.
• Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility
• Should be organized, reliable and team player.
Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office is preffered.

Salary & Hours: $32.60hourly for 30 hours per week
