UPPAL FARMS & GREENHOUSES LTD is currently looking for 20 Greenhouse/Nursery Production Workers (NOC Group: 8432)

Business Address/Work Location: 34050 Hallert Road, Abbotsford, BC-V3G 1P9

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $ 16.75/hour for 30 hours/week

Benefits: Vacation Pay 4%.

Education: None

Experience: Not Required

No specific language is required.

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Job Duties include:

• Maintaining and harvesting greenhouse grown bell peppers at our location.
• Assist in pruning assorted plants.
• Mix/prepare soils, plant bulbs, and seeds.
• Pot and re-pot plants, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings.
• Report signs of insect or disease.
• Assist in grafting activities, dig and wrap root balls of trees and shrubs.
• Watering and irrigation responsibilities.
• Assist in shipping/receiving activities.
• Clean working areas

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet-damp, rain/shine.

Accommodation will be provided at $ 30/week.
