Jewelry Store Supervisor Responsibilities:

# Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in their jewelry selections, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints .
# Train staff in loss prevention procedures and monitor security systems.
# Train staff in sales techniques and upselling to increase revenue.
# Conducting regular inventory audits, and tracking stock levels.
# Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
# Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
# Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
# Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
# Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
# Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
# May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
