Wage: C$ 30.00/hr. (40 hours per week)

Human Resources Officer (NOC: 12101) will be taking over the following responsibilities:

• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
• Advise job applicants on requirements and terms and conditions of work.
• Review candidate inventories
• Collect and screen applicants
• Prepare and post notices and advertisements
• Identify current and prospective staffing/contracting requirements
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare offers
• Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange training

• MS Windows
• Electronic mail
• Database software
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Internet
