• Position: Cleaner – light duty
• 1 vacancy
• Location: Halifax N.S B3K 4C4
• Salary: $15.00/hour
• Job Posting Date: September 10, 2023
• Terms of employment: Permanent full-time 30 hours/week
• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Employment Conditions: Morning, evening, weekend
• Employer does not cover the relocation costs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans and sanitizes production areas, equipment’s and machine
• disinfecting all surfaces using chemicals and other substances for cleaning
• sweep and mop floors
• empty trash cans and other waste containers
• dusting surface
• replacing supplies in the washroom such as paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
• Experience: previous cleaning experience with at least 12 months of experience
• Security and criminal record check
• Legally eligible to work in Canada or willing to attain work authorization in Canada
• Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
