Salary: $ 65.10 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in teamwork with the management to create and implement funding strategies.
• Create, refine, and manage the operational, marketing and financial strategies and budgets of the organization.
• Oversee project delivery, recruitment and retention of clients, employees and contractors.
• Identify, evaluate, and minimize operational risks to safeguard the company's financial stability.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis to assess both the current and projected financial well-being of the company.
• Performing comprehensive analysis to inform and guide strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with senior executives to harmonize strategies with the organization's overarching goals and objectives.
• Deliver precise financial reports to stakeholders and remain updated on current regulations, taxation, and best accounting practices.
• One of the primary duties is to oversee cash flow, enhance working capital, and ensure optimal liquidity levels.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and put cost-control measures into action.
• Take charge of and lead the teams, which includes responsibilities like recruiting, training, and evaluating performance.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business management, or a related field is typically required. 
• Prior work experience of 5 years or more in management or related roles is crucial. 
• Strong leadership and management skills are crucial to make critical decisions that impact the organization.
• Excellent English communication skills are necessary for presenting information to senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions are vital.
• Building and maintaining relationships with industry peers, financial institutions, and potential partners can be advantageous.
