Salary: $ 62.50 hourly / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, control costs, and make financial decisions to optimize project profitability.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and managing contract changes.
- Oversee all construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead and manage construction teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Maintain high-quality standards by implementing quality control measures and inspections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and minimizing liabilities.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee financial reports related to project performance and profitability.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in construction management is essential.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate construction teams and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, to ensure project profitability.
- The budgetary responsibility lies within $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic goals and plans.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address challenges that may arise during construction projects.
- Awareness of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
