Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently strategizing, executing, and orchestrating marketing campaigns over time.
- Play an active role in content generation, including the creation, writing, and editing of marketing materials, social media posts, blogs, articles, and website content.
- Assist in a range of digital marketing tasks, encompassing social media account management, online campaign oversight, and the monitoring and analysis of performance metrics.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities This may involve researching industry trends, and customer preferences, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Serve as the official representative or spokesperson for an organization.
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients regarding sales strategies, promotional tactics, and advertising campaigns.
- Aid in the creation and preparation of various materials such as brochures, reports, newsletters, and similar documents.
- Engage in sales and marketing tasks, including the organization of sales demonstration appointments.
- Execute data-driven marketing strategies and establish and sustain communication with media outlets.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A CEGEP/ college degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in marketing is crucial for this role.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms, is often desired.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices is important. This includes understanding target audiences, market research, branding, digital marketing, and various marketing channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effectively conveying marketing messages and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and editing are also important.
- Basic analytical skills are useful for tracking and analyzing marketing data and metrics.

Salary: $.34.25 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
