Location: Concord, ON L4K 4M3
Salary: $34.25 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to clients regarding advertising and strategies to boost sales promotions.
- Compiling and disseminating data, including website and social media analytics, for insights and decision-making.
- Overseeing social media accounts, crafting content, and engaging with messages and comments.
- Analyzing survey responses to extract valuable insights for marketing purposes.
- Providing creative input and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Gathering and distributing data and reports for internal review.
- Crafting marketing materials and website content.
- Organizing presentations and events.
- Assisting in promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintaining communication with customers and external agencies.
- Aiding in the planning and execution of market research initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A CEGEP/ college degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Prior experience of 2 to 3 years as a marketing assistant is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of marketing software, including spreadsheets, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights from marketing metrics and performance reports.
- A creative mindset to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage tasks, schedules, and marketing materials effectively.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure marketing materials are error-free and meet quality standards.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team, clients, and external vendors.
- Ability to adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
