Salary: $28.85 per hour for 32 - 44 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Communicate with staff users of personal computer/handheld device over the phone when they encounter difficulties with software, networking, and operating system for the purpose of determining, documenting and resolving the problems experienced.
- Provide staff users support with instructional steps that can be used and consult user guides, technical manuals and relevant documents for information on resolution procedures.
- Diagnose and solve software faults, troubleshoot system and network problems, and improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes to staff users.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software with support group via warm transfer for problem resolution in matters of greater complexity.
- Maintain changes and the latest developments up-to-date, and attend training updates as required by the company.
- Using a visualizer/emulator to determine the nature of the problem experienced by staff users and/or guide users through a resolution to the problem experienced.
- Perform Web server backup and recovery operations.
