Salary-                                                               $17.00 Per Hour

Terms of employment-                                  Permanent employment, Full-Time, 35 to 40 hours per week

Languages-                                                       English

Education-                                                        Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                                                      1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise-                                       3-4 People

Job Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of the shift staff in preparing/portioning food and taking orders.

Training and developing new/existing team members. Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.

Delegate and ensures all cleaning and secondary duties are completed.

Assist in hiring team members.

Ensure that food safety and Wendy’s operations standards are maintained, and all food prepared is of the highest quality.

Resolve customer complaints and address issues to provide the highest level of satisfaction.

Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage;

Prepare and submit reports to the owner regularly;

Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys;

Assist in preparing budgets and estimates of food and related costs.

Monitor product levels and assist with product orders and inventory as required.
