Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Personnel administrator to join our team to help us with our overall business operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing Personnel records, including staff attendance, leaves, training, improving performance, and termination;
  • Preparing and reviewing personnel policies, employment contacts, and employee benefits, and retaining all personnel records of the company;
  • Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting advertisements to appropriate job website,
  • Collecting and Screening candidates resumes and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude;
  • Contacting potential applicants and conduct initial interviews via phone, zoom or in person;
  • Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees;
  • Managing and implementing employee development system procedures; Reviewing the performance of employees and other relevant metrics to prepare seasonal evaluations for the Director;
  • Communicating with employees about complains or other issues of worksite when it is necessary.

 

 

Employment Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a HR support role or a similar administrative position
  • A College diploma preferred in human resource management, business administration or related area
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented mindset, and able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
