Location: Ajax, ON L1T 1W3

Salary: $34.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the other team members to develop marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Gather and analyze data regarding the purchasing patterns and preferences of both wholesale and retail customers through surveys and research.
• Perform comparative research to examine marketing strategies tailored for industrial and commercial products.
• Offer guidance to clients regarding strategies for advertising and promoting sales.
• Aid in the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, reports, newsletters, and other documents.
• Manage and organize special publicity events and promotional activities.
• Perform in-depth marketing research and analysis. Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness. Make recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
• Create marketing materials, conduct market research, design questionnaires, and build a comprehensive marketing portfolio.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and ROI to share with company leadership.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A CEGEP/college diploma is typically preferred
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in the marketing industry is crucial for this job. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effectively conveying marketing messages and collaborating with team members. 
• Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and editing are also important.
• Basic analytical skills are useful for tracking and analyzing marketing data and metrics.
