We are currently hiring a full-time Project Manager (Non-Technical), who will oversee administrative procedures related to project planning for the smooth operation of Pho Hoa Restaurant.

Position Title: Project Manager (Non-Technical)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Wage: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)

Work Hours: 30 hours per week

Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay & 50% employee discount for the meals at Pho Hoa

Responsibility:

• Organize, and oversee administrative procedures related to project planning and initiate process improvements based upon observation of project needs;
• Coordinate with the director and assist in monitoring and preparing the budget for the projects, and contracting;
• Gather data and prepare, analyze, edit, and finalize expense reports, contracts, invoices, company policies and manuals related to project operation, and correspondences and distribute to branches if required;
• Keep projects progression report and regularly report to the director;
• Prioritize and assign relevant duties to staff and follow up to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines;
• Provide supervision and training to staff in record management within projects;
• Arrange, coordinate and plan services including contracts, parking, and other relevant services on site for all Pho Hoa projects;

Qualification:

• Completion of Secondary School is required;
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organization and time management skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
