Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Location: 381 Highway 17 west McKerrow, ON  P0P 1M0

Wages: $20.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Position: Permanent employment Full time
Flexible Hours, Shift
Starts as soon as possible

Overview

Languages : English
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certifi cate
Experience : 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities : 

      Tasks - 

- Register arriving guests and assign rooms

- Take, cancel and change room reservations

- Provide information on hotel facilities and services

- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims

- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments

- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments

- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)

- Provide customer service
