Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance staff and also carry out maintenance tasks such as cutting grass, raking, dethatching, fertilizing and watering lawns, planting, pruning shrubs and trees, spraying and dusting trees, etc.
2. Organize and plan landscaping initiatives, determining necessary materials, equipment, and manpower while establishing project schedules.
3. Coordinate and oversee the work of landscaping and grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficiency.
4. Make work schedules to ensure high efficiency.
5. Solve challenges encountered during landscaping projects.
6. Recruit, train, and manage landscaping staff, assigning duties and providing guidance on proper techniques and safety protocols.
7. Manage and supplement landscaping materials, plants, and supplies based on project requirements.
8. Keep records on file.

Qualification & Skills

1. Completion of secondary education (or higher preferred).
2. 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field.
3. Able to meet tight deadlines.
4. Attention to detail.

Permanent, Full-time

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Wage & Benefits

$28 per hour, based on experience and skills
