Responsibilities
Tasks
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations.
Recruits and trains staff in compliance with Franchise requirements
Assign the work schedules and monitor the performance of the team members.
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Control inventory, food & paper costs.
Collects, records, and deposits all revenues received at the component.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Responsible for the overall operations on your shifts including compliance with all Tim Hortons standards and policies.
