We are renowned for our exciting approach to customer wedding couture and evening wear.  We are looking for a “Sales Supervisor” for our store situated in Bolton. Ontario.

Language Requirement: English
Qualification: Secondary (High) School graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Wage: C$31.00/hr.
Location: 25 mill street Bolton, unit B, L7E1C1 ONTARIO
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job duties of Store Supervisor (NOC: 62010) will be:

• Maintain specific inventory and order merchandise.
• Prepare necessary reports regarding sales volume, merchandise and other personal matters. 
• Supervise and manage staff. This includes hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating employees.
• Make sure team is well coordinated and customer focused.
• Provide excellent customer service. Ensure customers are greeted, assisted and served in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Create an appealing in-store display including window display and in-store layouts.
• Take charge of cash register, reconciling cash at the end of the day, and ensure the security of cash and other valuables.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer request, complains and supply shortage.  
• May perform same duties as workers supervised.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
• Prevent theft and maintain store security by making sure surveillance system is working well and provide training to employees for theft prevention.

Additional Skills and Physical Capabilities

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in a Fast-paced environment; must be a team player, client-focused, having a strong organization and planning skills. Having good communication skills to share information and advise clients.
