Sleepy Hollow Country Club Inc. located at 13242 Tenth Line, Whitchurch-Stouffville ON L4A7X4 requires 1 Member Relations Coordinator on Permanent and Full-time basis at the wage $27.00 per hour.  Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration. Job Duties:

  • Act as a point of contact for members regarding their inquiries, requests, or complaints. Provide assistance and ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and coordinate member events, tournaments, and social gatherings. This involves planning logistics, sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and ensuring that events run smoothly.
  • Maintain regular communication with club members. This can include sending newsletters, emails, or making phone calls to update members on club events, news, promotion campaigns, and other relevant information.
  • Assist the president in retaining existing members and develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted to potential members.
  • Oversee the timely receipt of membership fees and work with the finance department to resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Work closely with various departments within the golf club, such as the golf course management, food and beverage, and events teams, to deliver a seamless experience for members.
  • Any other related task including but not limited to work hand in hand with the administrative team.
