Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Salary:$25.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date:As soon as possible

Location:Several locations in the Lower Mainland

Education: No Formal Education Required

Experience: 2 years of experience in the field are required Languages: Written and Spoken English.

Duties:

Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner

Apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, oil, varnish, fibreglass, metal coating or fire retardant using brushes, rollers or spray equipment

Assemble and erect scaffolding and swing stages

Mixing, matching paint to obtain desired colour and texture

Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, sandblasting, hydro-blasting and steam-cleaning Remove old wallpaper and loose paint; repair cracks and holes in walls; sandpaper and apply sealer

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, attention to detail, physically demanding
