Salary-                                                               $25.00 Per Hour

Terms of employment-                                   Permanent employment, Full Time, 35 hours per week

Start date-                                                        As soon as possible.

Job Requirements

Languages-                                                       English

Education-                                                        Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                                                      1  month to less than 7 months 

Job Responsibilities

Determine and establish office procedures. Ensure tasks are completed based on established procedures;

Schedule and confirm appointments of clients with the employer;

Answer phone calls and transfer them to the responsible person. Also, take messages when required;

Answer electronic enquiries received over the facsimile machine using appropriate methods;

Gather information from clients’ files and create appropriate reports for the owner;

Maintain inventory and order office supplies when required;

Greet visitors and direct them to waiting area and to the employer;

Manage emails, and reply or forward messages and emails to the right person. Also, save emails to clients’ file;

Maintain client’s confidential records in the form of physical files and electronic files using computer software;

Create, format, and proofread business-related forms, client files, invoices, and other related documents using word processors and computer software programs;
