Salary: $ 67.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and managing staff and fostering positive work. environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals. Provide vision and direction for the web designing company.
• Streamline processes for optimal workflow and project delivery.
• Lead and motivate the cross-functional team of designers, developers, and other professionals.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of web design projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address client needs, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
• Communicate company vision and performance to stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to ensure long-term business sustainability.
• Uphold and enforce quality standards for web design deliverables and implement processes for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a minimum requirement. 
• Substantial experience of 5 years or more in a managerial role or a related field is crucial. 
• Exceptional proficiency in English communication. to interact with employees, stakeholders, and executives.
• The ability to adjust to evolving business environments and market dynamics.
• Robust leadership and managerial abilities, demonstrating effective team leadership and result achievement. 
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and profit optimization. The budgetary responsibility lies within $500,001 - $1,500,000. 
• A track record of making informed and sound decisions.
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing employees and creating a positive work environment.
