To improve the quality of our services and assist with our growing business, we are looking for a Permanent Full-time Restaurant Manager.

We offer: C$27.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Plus gratuity shared with all staff.

Job Requirement:

• Secondary (high) school completion.
• Completion of a program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector.

Job Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train staff and supervise staff.
• Establish staff work timetables and monitor their performance.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and report them to the employer.
• Ensure City health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate agreements with suppliers for the procurement of food and other essential items.
• Collaborate with clients to coordinate events or facility usage.
• Assist in taking customer orders and processing payments.
• Keep track of takeout and delivery orders.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the employer.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate budgetary plans.
