SHIFT MANAGER - 1 POSITION ($18.45 PER HOUR) PERMANENT, FULL TIME, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD. O/A MCDONALD’S RESTAURANT, 930 DERRY ROAD E, MISSISSAUGA L5T 2X6 ONTARIO.

DUTIES: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Hire food service staff, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 7 months to less than 1 year

EDUCATION: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

SUPERVISION: 5 to 10 people
