Duties:
Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Maintain and update client database and records.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes etc;
Develop and maintain a filing system;
Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
Maintain and order office supplies and inventory;
Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail.
Receive invoices and review them for accuracy.
