Job Duties:
• Evaluate the performance of team members and supervise them whenever required
• Make work schedules and assign duties to the sales workers
• Help customers to resolve their issues and assist them with their buying needs
• Collect orders for bridal and other men and women wear, and execute such orders effectively
• Maintain records of inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Make reports for merchandising and billing plans to achieve the targets
• Recruit and train new sales staff to develop high-performing and result-driven team members
• Maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures
• Implement marketing strategies, authorize payments, keep records of incoming and outgoing merchandising
• Assess buying trends and other information to run the business
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed

Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail, fashion and/or related field experience is required.
