Majajan Boutique Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is looking for an outgoing and professional Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Wage $23/hr

Full Time, Permanent

Qualification: High School Diploma or more

Experience: 1 year or more

Job Duties:

• Direct, train, coordinate and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Prepare work schedules for sales worker and assign duties
• Maintaining inventory, order merchandise and ensuring items are in stock
• Ensuring store displays and signage are attractive and neat
• Understand customer needs and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Track business performance periodically, prepare reports of sale and purchase of merchandise and ensure that sales targets are met
• Knowledge to use information technology to advertise business, to connect with clients, entering and tracking merchandise and to record sales will be an asset
• May perform certain duties such as opening and closing the store, developing and implementing marketing strategies, contacting vendors, signing for deliveries
