Job Duties:
o Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
o Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
o Requisition food and kitchen supplies
o Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
o Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
o Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
o Analyze operating costs and other data
o Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Food Specialties: Vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms, soups and sauces, Fish and seafood, Eggs and dairy, Meat and poultry.
Cuisine Specialties: Szechuan, Dim Sum, Thai, Vegetarian

Salary
$26.50 per hour for 30 hours a day
