BIGLAND HOSPITALITY CORPORATION O/A Shoeless Joe’s located at 367 Guelph St, Georgetown, ON L7G 4B6, requires 1 Line Cook on Permanent and Full-time basis. Wage: $ 19 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a line cook. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook full course meals and individual dishes.
• Preparing items to restaurant standards and keeping proper portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Ability to cook food items as per set recipes and techniques of Shoeless Joe.
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
• Train new cooks as and when needed.
• All other relevant tasks.
