Company Profile:

Princess Nails Salon is a boutique nail salon located in North Vancouver, BC since 2001. The services offered by Princess Nails Salon will be manicures, pedicures, acrylic overlays; extensions, nail art and design. Pricing will be competitive with other upscale nail salons in the area. Princess Nails also employ qualified and licensed nail technicians to start off. More technicians will be hired as needed.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Responding to client’s complaints or inquiring and solving the problems
• Planned, organize, directed, controlled, and evaluate daily operations.
• All above plus manicure/pedicure, artificial nails application, airbrush or freehand designs

 Education Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years as a nail technician.
• At least 1 years’ experience managing a nail salon.
