We are currently hiring a person who can work as a Human Resources Officer. Based on Coquitlam location, this position manages our 4 locations:
North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, and Surrey including Coquitlam.
The position is full-time, permanent (Although it is a full-time position, we also encourage part-time job seekers to apply).
Wage and benefit: $27.75/hr based on 36-40 hr/wk with 4% vacation pay, extended medical plan (qualified candidate).
Skill requirements:
*Education: A university degree or college diploma in a human resources or business administration or related field.
*Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in a human resources or business administration related work experience.

Specific skills and abilities:
-Prepare new hire package, coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation
-Identify current and potential staffing requirements, coordinate job-posting process, screen resumes, organize interview schedules, conduct resume check, and prepare employment contracts
-Recruit graduates of college, universities and other educational institutions
-Establish eligibility to entitlements, arrange staff training and provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling
-Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process
-Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
-Organize and manage staff consultation
*This position will require an individual who is able to work and is in charge all duties to manage 4 locations including main office in Coquitlam*
