Job Title: Farm Manager
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/Hourly

Manage the overall day to day opartions of the farm ranch or orchard
determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livatock to be raised
organize and co-ordiinate with supervisors the planting cultivating and crop harvesting activities
hire and manage farm personnel
establish a marketing program
develop and keep financial and production records
purchase farm machinery seeds chemical and ferilizer and other supplies
maintian farm machinery equipment and buildings
perform farming duties
