Title Position: Food Service Supervisor NOC (2021): 62020
Food service supervisors supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food. They manage the day to day operations of the business including making sure inventory and supplies are in optimum levels, scheduling cooks based on business requirements. The job also includes assisting and handling with customer concerns, orders and complaints. A Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in creating a positive experience for customers while maintaining the operational efficiency and profitability of the establishment.
• Education: College Diploma or Equivalent
• Language: English
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of Work Experience in a Food Service Environment

Main Duties:
Address customer complaints, and queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Oversee inventory & stock levels and ensure accurate stock management at all times.
Hiring, training, and supervising kitchen and service staff.
Monitoring the quality of food and service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Collaborating with chefs to plan menus based on customer preferences, seasonal availability, and budget constraints.
Understanding customer needs for catering & special custom meals and communicate effectively to the kitchen staff whenever needed.
Good understanding of the cuisine, menu offerings, pricing and key ingredients to handle customer concerns and provide information whenever required. .
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Providing ongoing training to staff on food preparation, service standards, and safety protocols.
Motivating and leading the team to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.

• Work Hours: 8 Hour Shifts, 40hrs/week, Weekdays & Weekends
• Wage: $23.00/hour
