BREKA BAKERY & CAFÉ is looking for shift leaders for our locations in Vancouver, BC!

Position: Shift Leader (Permanent / Full-time)

• 812 Bute Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 1Y4
• 821 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2L7

Wage: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Job duties:

• Maintain a courteous attitude toward customers.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Training of new employees.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality and operational standards.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain records of stock for inventory control.

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary (high) school
• At least 6 months of experience in food preparation or service.
• Must be available to work any shifts during our 24-hour operational hours.
• Must be available at least one day on weekend.
