Job description

JOB DUTIES: 

1. Develop, review, update, and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product development.
2. Review financial statements and budgets to determine whether the company is operating efficiently and generating a profit.
3. Set goals for the company in terms of sales volume, product quality, customer satisfaction, employee retention rates, and other measures of success.
4. Review sales records to determine how well company’ services are selling and whether changes are needed to increase sales.
5. Analyze and report the company’s income and expenses.
6. Maintain relationships with client and establish strategies to generate new business projects.
7. Support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to the team and seniors.
8. Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.
9. Set sales’ profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as   needed.
10. Assist HR Officer in hiring of the employees depending on business needs, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting performance reviews.
11. Oversee all aspects of transaction life cycle: client sourcing, marketing, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing.
12. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure that it runs smoothly

Compensation & Hours:

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $94.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Education Required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
