Position: Construction Helper

Terms of employment: Full-Time; Permanent

Salary: $28.85 per hour

Number of positions: 2

Start date: As soon as possible
Work location: Various locations in Surrey and Lower Mainland (BC) as per company’s contracts

Job duties

• Assist skilled tradespersons by carrying tools and materials and helping in their other construction activities.
• Clean and prepare work site as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing, and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
• Load, unload, stack and move required materials to the work site.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Follow all health and safety regulations at work site.
• Perform other activities as directed.

Position Requirements

• No experience needed, we will train
• No English required

Note:

• Financial assistance for relocation from other provinces or regions will be provided up to $1500.00 to interested candidates.
