Job Duties

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
• Grow the business and drive sales
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Manage scheduling for the store
• Research item values to ensure accurate pricing standards
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Able to prioritize the workload
• Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

Employment Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant Retail Store Management experience
• Strong operational skills
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a strong knowledge of retail management software
• Post secondary education in business is required
• Efficiency in English. Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Combination of sitting, standing.

As per BC Employment standards act4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid or 10 days of paid vacation.
