We, Breakfast Table Eatery Group Ltd. o/a Breakfast Table are currently hiring 2 full-time and permanent Cooks. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)


Job Title: Cook

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Location: 3014 Granville St., Vancouver, BC V6H 3J8
Wage: $17.62/hr - $20.00/hr, 30-36hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years of related work experience, or completion of a program in cooking, or related discipline
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent
Language: English
Job duties:
- Cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
- Preparing, grilling, frying, baking, sautéing as required.
- May Assist the Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain the kitchen’s hygiene, and ensure safety, quality and sanitation practices are followed.
- May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- May supervise or train kitchen helpers.
