$ 26 / hour, 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/ year

Position Summary 

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of steel structures including carports, garages, RV shelters, sunrooms, floating boat docks, steel pole barns, and more;
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior construction workers to complete tasks efficiently and accurately;
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently;
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites;
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. 

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labour for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of hand power tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work at different job sites
• Ability to communicate in English;
