Permanent Full-Time Food Service Supervisor wanted for "I.D.I. Food Group Ltd. o/a Inglewoood Drive-in"located at #802 12 St. S.E. Calgary AB T2G 3H5. Wage rate is $18.00 per hour and works 30 to 44 hours per week. Benefit includes employee meal, 4% vacation pay, and continuous learning opportunity.
Supervise and coordinate activities of staffs who prepares food in the daily operation of the restaurant.
Train and coach staffs in their job duties, sanitatio, and safety procedures.
Responsible for shift cash procedures.
Maintain records of stocks, weekly sales reports, and wastage.
Manage and estimate the restaurant’s inventory and replenish supplies by ordering from our suppliers as often as necessary.
Address customers’ complaints and take prompt action to resolve the issues.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standard.
Skills Requirements: Excellent customer service, Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use.
Education Required: Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: 7 months to less than 1 year previous work experience in any food service environment.
Personal Suitability: Effective Interpersonal Skills, Team Player, Excellent Oral Communication and Flexibility.
Language Required: English
